by dirty mean like sexual / pornographic in nature. like if the owner of a business that employed a lot of young women was following a lot of dirty pages on instagram.
to me seems like a red flag , cause it brings into question his morals and possible reasons for hiring these women to begin with. if he has issues sexually and views women as sex objects it raises alarm bells as to why he hired so many good looking women to work in his business in the first place right?
the one page is called " portslit " you can look it up for yourself and make judgement if you think this is something someone should be following in such a position.

Yes, that is absolutely a red flag.
cause it brings into question his morals and how he views women in general , as he holds a position for which there is a large number of young women under his control. so if he is a perv and has all these hot women under his control as owner or he only hired them for body i see an issue in this situation

if it was just an average person following some weird pages in instagram i wouldn't care much but he is a person in a position of authority and his business employees a lot of attractive younger women. so i think there is an issue here especially if he did hire some of them cause of there looks and if he has an issue with female sexuality in general
it also presents an issue for the girls involved if they were only hired cause of there looks/body. the reality is just job will be on there resume when they seek another job eventually and they have to explain to other employers what they did at it. they can't exactly say well i only got my last job cause i have big tits. and could also perhaps feel pressure to fulfill men's sexual desires when at this job if they were hired for looks it puts them in an awkward position

there is other red flags at this place too , the owner also doesn't hire any " male " bartenders , never been one ever. so it does appear he has a thing for hiring hot younger women to work there and some think that is better for business but is places that do well with guys working the bar too.
there is just a lot of red flags here that something is up with this place , i'm surprised so many hot women still want to work there , he must pay them really well

although is fairly common for women under 30 to have strange bartending or serving jobs on resume so it might not hurt them that much.
but it puts them in an awkward position as men may come in expecting certain things from them , some only want to talk or add them on instagram but others might want sex or nude photo's. the owner by only hiring hot women is creating a place that might or will appeal more to men with less options and less grasp on reality ( to know that there really not interested and already have a boyfriend )

no have no idea what is possible in these kinds of situations , i had a friend once who years ago though he had a chance with this hooters girl. the whole thing was really weird , he did meet her at the place where she worked obviously , and maybe she did give him her # or something? not sure why but it got really weird and he'd like go there and leave he notes and stuff
like she was obviously just doing her job and maybe she was bored one day and though she had made a friend only to realise he was really weird and not with it. so she like wanted nothing to do with him but he didn't seem able to grasp it
I don't go to Hooter's. I believe that their business model is built on the exploitation of women. So I boycott them.
that location is gone now and a mexican restaurant oddly enough , it wasn't that bad really i went a couple times and had a hot dog and fries , some of the girls ok but never like obsessed with any of them
that thing he had with that hooters girl was really weird and this hooters was like 1 hour away from where we lived as there was no hooters in our town. so he'd be driving an hour to visit her and leave her these notes it was really weird but he didn't have a grasp on reality and maybe she just wasn't aware what she was dealing with

i actually do remember 1 incident from summer 2022 , was this group of guys from a bachelor party and they got really drunk and one of the servers came the one guy a fake # after he asked for hers and i guess she though that be end of it and she'd never see him again
wrong the dude tried to call it when still there and so he realised it was fake and got really weird and started to demand to her that she give him the real one ( which she of course would not ) i think eventually i got so fed up with him that i swore at him and told him to leave and leave her alone

i also heard a weird story about the owner years ago , sort of forgot but maybe it makes more sense now.
had meet this girl who worked at another restaurant about 45 minutes away , its like a popular summer hot spot and she was really popular liked there. she told me once that she has server the owner of this restaurant , she made it very obvious to her that he owned a restaurant and told her exact name and such , he also left her a huge tip but she would of been like 21-22 at the time and he'd have been 50's. but she had never even been there before cause its so far away from where she lived , guess she told me cause i must of mentioned i was from there.
not sure what his intentions were exactly with that girl , she was much like the girls he likes to hire , young , attractive , good looking nice boobs

if the pages were more classy maybe i'd just think he had a thing for women in general which is less weird but that portslit page is pretty dirty stuff. i don't really care what he does in his own time but he hires a lot of really attractive younger women in his business so its a red flag that they might only be around cause of there bod and nothing else

i've never heard anyone there complain about him but is a weird vibe about the way they talk about him and his presence. he's known to tip well and seems to be popular with the regulars.
i had never seen his instagram page before and it doesn't seem to even have a lot of followers so perhaps not well known , also not 1 single photo of him , only pictures of his buddies and house

he also hires a lot of attractive high school aged girls to work there as " hosts "
considering some would of been like 15 or 16 when hired , if he hired a 15 year old girl cause she was hot , thats beyond a red flag that is down right disturbing on so many levels
its one thing to hire a hot 20 something that has nice tits to work at a bar but a little weird to hire a hot 15 year old to work there too

but way they talk about him was always so weird , like he had this odd presence , its tough to describe. i hardly ever saw him there and when was , he was always drinking with his buddies.
but has been an oddly large number of girls with big boobs and tight butts work there in recent year which seem to fit in with his instagram likes.

That’s a little unfair to him, though. “He‘s creepy cause…he just is!” I agree. The pages are in poor taste. And your point about the girls he’s hiring is suspicious. But the implication you’re making is pretty serious. You’d need more compelling evidence than just him liking weird pages and people thinking he’s weird.
the people who work there have never said he's weird , i just find it odd how they talk about him or act when he is around , like they act totally different if he is at the bar and don't seem as at ease or relaxed. he just has this weird presence.
maybe this is weird , he doesn't hire any male bartenders or servers , hasn't been any there in years. only hot girls are allowed to work there is servers. men can work in kitchen or bouncers but never has there been any guy bartenders

Cause he’s their boss. Of course they’re gonna be tense around him. Female bartenders are probably better for business.
but they only work as servers and place is pretty chill during the summer , what is there to worry about?
is a chain restaurant up the road it has some male bartenders and is always busy , it doesn't seem to affect business that there is less females working there
and were talking like ZERO male bartenders ever , like none every summer its all these hot girls never 1 guy working the bar there , it has to be intentional if other restaurants do hire men for same job and can find male bartenders in this area
