The intake manifold is where your carburetor sits or the fuel injector sits on top of it Tt takes to air mixture meets up with the fuel and Sparks the spark plug right on top of the piston.. if you drop a nut down the intake manifold you're screwed because it'll bust A hole through the piston. and then you have to rebuild the motor

B. in different type of language he's the nut and he's going to bust a hole right through your ex if he keeps coming around

C. in a different type of language he wants to to do the same thing to you LOL but in a different way.

I would probably go with (A then B ) and when he's all finished and went for a test drive then (C)

The intake is part of the car that pulls in air, believe it or not, cars breathe, that's why when they flood in water, they turn off, you basically drown the engine, if he throws a nut in the intake it will pull into the engine block which is where the pistons are and it's possible it can damage it, I don't know cause I wouldn't dare put anything in my intake.
