The ultimate quality my wife and I have in common is a very compatible style of communication.

We started to fall for each other through conversations, often blowing off our mutual friends to talk to each other at the edge of the party (like the balcony of our friends' houses when they threw home parties). We were flirty friends for almost a year (just hanging out together with our mutual friends) before we started dating and were irresistibly attracted to talking to each other.

We're both mediators and like to deescalate conflicts. We also have a way of speaking to each other where we just take turns sharing our viewpoints. It's a style of communication that is intended to develop deep mutual understanding and empathy which I really enjoy. To some people, it can come across a bit self-absorbed but the ultimate goal is empathy. We have that in common more than any other woman I ever dated.

Another is that she does trust me to make the executive decisions (voluntarily) that impact both of us. I figure at least one of us has to be the designated leader, and it helps that she voluntarily lets me be the leader of our household since that puts me in the best position to protect the family.

She also has a passion and career of her own as a book publisher and editor. I love that quality about her since her endless reading of new books and manuscripts always generates fresh material for interesting conversations. It was never a prerequisite of mine that a woman I'd consider marrying is specifically a book publisher, but it did always help if she had a passion of sorts that can provide more interesting conversations.

To elaborate on this communication style, let's say there's a conflict between me and someone else. Suppose I say I love a particular film as a simple example and a person responds, "That film is garbage. You have awful taste!"

Then instead of engaging further in the conflict, I prefer to just explain how I came to love that film, going into my childhood and how it was like watching it the first time, admitting I might have some nostalgia bias, etc.

My hope is that they will reciprocate by sharing deep things about themselves in the same way and share with me why they came to hate this film so much. This way, even if we continue to disagree on whether this film is any good, we can see things better from each other's perspective and maybe even become good friends despite it.

Yet a lot of people in my experience don't reciprocate by share their deepest views and vulnerabilities with me, leaving the conversation rather lopsided where I shared everything and they share very little.

My wife isn't like this at all. She eagerly shares just as much about herself as I share about myself, and the end result is an extreme level of mutual understanding. We also never fight as a result since as soon as we have a disagreement that's becoming slightly heated, we naturally switch to this deep sharing mode and start to understand each other's perspectives very well to the point where we're quickly laughing and hugging even if we continue to disagree.

I think someone whose nurturing. Caring. Shares a lot of the same values and beliefs as me. Someone who is just patient and kind. But also is direct and can communicate. Someone whose not entitled and demanding. Who appreciates things.

I generally look for a woman I care share life with. The goal is to have a partner that is not just a fiance/spouse but also becomes part of my circle of friends. For me it´s important that we similar set of values and morals.

I´m probably going to work in a church related business soon so I look for a Christian woman. I´m rather conservative in values but I´m living in a progressive area. I´m not looking for a stay at home wife mostly because I don´t plan to have kids any time soon. In terms of jobs I´d therefore prefer a woman that´s not working in sexual business, she also can make more than me as long as she´s not working in the same field.

Besides that I look for a woman that is not sharing every second of her life online to say it in an extreme way. Firstly because I think that if you share everything the world it´s hard to develop intimacy secondly because I´m not that active on social media either.

I´d prefer an active woman (not a couch potato), a curious person someone that is ready and open for a longterm relationship, a turn on would be if she was a bookworm but it´s not a must have. I love reading more than watching TV that´s why. Another turn would also be if we had similar goals and if she has an optimistic mindset, someone that wants to achieve something.
