I live in NYC, stranger men usually never make any eye contact with me. but today surprisingly, a really cute guy's eyes suddenly met mine. I didn't dare look back too long. I can't tell if the eye contact was just by accident. but men never usually make any eye contact with me. does it mean he is possibly interested?

sometimes i make eye contact with strangers. i have noticed that women tend to make eye contact with me way more than men. men seem to deliberately avoid eye contact with me. so i avoid eye contact with men in return.

It's possible. If they are strangers, it's unlikely they have an interest though. They can see if someone is good looking, but that is far from actually having an interest.

in our current modern society, men only show interest to attractive looking women. No man would show interest in an unattractive female stranger unless he knows her personally. maybe it was different in your time 50 years ago when you were young.
