Why did my Situationship secretly want to get me pregnant? but not be in a relationship?

I was in a Situationship for two years. He secretly wanted to get me pregnant, but I wouldn’t let him. For a while he didn’t want to get me pregnant and would worry if I did get pregnant. But then over time he would always talk about me hypothetically getting pregnant. But I didn’t want to have his baby. He also would say “I hate how much I miss you” and stuff like that. I do think he was afraid to get hurt and has insinuated that to me before. I’m so sad and I miss him…

I know it’s hard not to cave and go back but you are better off without him. The fact he was allegedly trying to get you pregnant without any commitment to you involved is just ridiculous. Don’t make excuses for him, he’s not afraid to be with you he just doesn’t want to be finished leaving his options open. Save this energy for a man who actually deserves it, because this one doesn’t, and I think despite everything you know that too.
