Would this make me seem desperate for a job?

I applied to a nursing home for a Housekeeping Supervisor job a few hours ago.

i sent them a message on indeed & on their facebook page asking to setup a job interview.

i only sent it as i applied for the same job a back on jan 30th of this year. i only got this message on jan 30th i replyed to it but they got a message back.

i replied back on jan 30th 2:31 pm
this sat or Sunday would be best but any other day after that is also fine.
what times & day work for you

i never got a message back

would it make me seem desperate if i called the place or sent them a email if i can find out their email?
