How do I manage to keep my mental health when I feel my life is falling apart, despite doing my best?

I work almost all day, I go to the gym, I go out, but I don't make enough money to support myself without significant financial aid in from my parents, I go out with girls, but I can't find one I'm compatible with in order to have a serious relationship, so I feel quite lonely. I used to be successful before with academics and girls, but now at the end of every week, I feel the results don't match my efforts. I keep going on, but it's the first time in my life when I feel I have bad luck. It feels extremely daunting.

How do I manage to keep my mental health when I feel my life is falling apart, despite doing my best?
