How can I fix my mental health for good?

I hit the gym every day, I sleep 8 hours/night, I have a stable job, I have a loving girlfriend, good friends, but I still have panic attacks and I am constantly miserable. I also tried therapy, pills, meditation and nothing works. I am still more neurotic and psychotic than most people. Some people do not notice it, but others clearly do, since they avoid me. I never tell anyone about this because people either don’t understand me or overreact
