There are a lot of non-pharmacological things you can try to balance out yourself mentally. Spending time in nature, away from electronics, petting animals or animal husbandry. Eating a healthy diet and eliminating foods you might be allergic to. Getting proper sleep. Give yourself a strong foundation of basic health. I know I can get depressed just from eating too much sugar.

True story, I had a friend who was super aggressive and did crazy things when we were teenagers. He would have violent episodes and break things, scream, hurt himself or other people. He was put on Lithium but he hated taking it because it made him feel like a zombie. So he'd skip it and then have aggression.

I lost contact with him for a year or so, then we were hanging out again. After a while I asked what meds he was on and commented on how chill he was.

"I'm not on any meds." he said "I just stopped eating red meat. Turns out I'm allergic to it or something."

That was it, now he's just a normal, chill guy, and super cool. I don't know if it will be that easy for you, but just saying, sometimes you never know and don't give up. Try some new things.

Seek help form others. Talk to love ones about it. Know that ur never alone as there are many people with similar or even worse problems.
When you can definitely take time to breath. Say the most positive things you possibly can, you’ll amaze yourself trust me. “ I WILL be fine, I AM okay, I WANT to be better. I AM strong. This IS Working!”

The most powerful people have to sometime hype themselves up. You gotta help urself before you help others
