Because when a woman is mad at a guy. It’s is very uncomfortable. You have no clue what a mad, upset, woman (sorry but true) can or will do. Especially at work. She can gossip, tell secrets, go to hr, or simply ignore him, any or all of this can make his work day hell, not mention promotions. Put yourself in his shoes, his perspective (empathy), and also ask yourself why it bothers YOU so much. It may have nothing to do with him?

One guy thought he made me angry today, and he was so concerned about it. I told him it's not him and explained what I was upset about. However, later, I couldn't understand why he was so concerned so I asked and he said it's because he thought it was his fault. Do guys usually react this way? (FYI, I'm not even really his friend)
