He was cheating and hasn’t said anything. What should I do?

I found out that my man had been cheating with a low down dirty whore. He was showing me a video in his phone when he received a text and it was him saying “ good morning sexy “ to another woman and her responding. I have had my suspicions and spoke on ( via older questions) which I am finding out is true. I had a conversation with him and he stated he feels like we are attached to the hip and he doesn’t like that and got stressed out and started talking to another woman. He stated women aren’t his vice he just needs his space to complete his interest. It’s crazy because he’s never mentioned any of this and when I give him space he is the one that comes around to me smfh. He stated he still wants to be together but I immediately left his home. He called me while I was sleeping but I haven’t returned his call and he has not reached out since. How should I handle this?

- Do NOT contact him back yet. You need space to process your feelings without his excuses in your ear.

- Lean on your girlfriends for support. They'll help boost your confidence so you're not dwelling alone.

- Decide if you can really trust him again after lying. Once that door is opened, it's hard to close. He'll need to bust his ass earning back your trust big time if you take him back.

- Only agree to talk again if he's willing to be fully honest - phone passwords, no more secrecy. If he's not willing, that speaks volumes.

- You deserve someone faithful sis! Don't settle just cause it's comfortable. Know your worth.

- Do something to take your mind off him - new hobby, gym, treat yourself. Can't let him live in your head rent free.

Focus on you right now. The ball's in his court to prove he's changed, but you take all the time you need. Stay strong, you've got this!
