Why does he act like he forgot everything? Is he emotionally immature or narc?

He acts like we never were a thing, we never kissed or anything for that matter my name.

He was the one who was after me despite multiple rejections from me very single day. So there are 3 different narratives of me in his life

To me he acts like he don’t remember me
To his friends who know me - she slowly moved away from me

Ti his friends who don’t know me- she is chasing me

Dang girl, that is super confusing behavior from him. A few possibilities:

- He's embarrassed about getting rejected by you so much before, so now he's pretending it never happened to save face in front of other people.

- He hasn't moved on from you emotionally even though you have, so telling himself you never happened helps him cope with still having feelings.

- He could be a bit narcissistic and can't handle that he wasn't able to win you over easily, so he's rewritten the history to make it seem like he wasn't that into you either.

- Immaturity for sure - most mature guys don't play these games. They own their emotions and don't deny relationships that clearly happened.

Whatever his deal is, don't let it mess with your self-esteem, babe! You know your truth. His behavior says more about his own issues than you. Just stay above it - keep being your awesome self and don't look back! One day he may realize what a catch he lost :)
