I can admire somebody of the opposite gender and not be attracted to them. Nothing wrong with the guy other than that I’m not available. It’s just like, you can photograph food without wanting to eat it. The food might come in pretty calendar colours.

Sure, and why wouldn’t friendship be good enough? Sounds good to me. I have that going on with several colleagues at work. We’re on friendly terms and get things done.

Well she always has the option of changing that. Don't worry about it man. If it's good for you, it's presumably good for both of you. If it's not good for her she can do something about it.

It means she either wants to be your friend or she wants more than that. If she wants more than that then you not making that move will not stop her. If it does, then she really doesn't value you beyond friendship.
