He goes out of his way to help me out?

This guy I work with, he at times would help me out whenever he gets the chance. Taking stuff from my hand, and saying I’ll take them for you and don’t stress about it. Grabbing stuff or organising things he would stand close to me and tell me that he can do it for me. It’s my job to do those things but he is always there to assist me and one thing I have realised is that he never does this to anyone else. He’s a nice guy but he’s never gone out of his way to help others out like how he’s doing it to me. Is he just being a nice guy or is he somewhat interested?
