IIs my guy friend jealous of other men flirting with me?

So, this guy and me have been close friends for a year. And I have had a crush on him pretty much since day one. He has also been showing signs of interest but I am not sure. So whenever I tell him oh this guy is flirting with me or hitting up on me specifically in reference to another common guy friend we have and he will say oh this guy acts that way with everyone. Which he doesn't. Other people who also know this other guy have said that he is hitting on you but my crush denies this. Not just with him but with any guy that I mention tries to pursue me. He will always say oh he did that with everyone. It's irritating and makes me feel like I am not good enough for them to like me but also sometimes makes me feel that he is jealous.

Also, once while I was drunk and we were travelling I leaned on his shoulder for support and he leaned his head back on me. Is this something Just a friend would do? There are many more signs too but too much to type.

How about him wanting to sleep beside me at every night out? Or him always making plans with the group and cancelling them when I am cannot. make it? Or calling me late into the night and talking for hours. Or when he is on vacation him taking out time and talking on the phone?

I don't know why you people act under the guise of friendship after the point you know you want more. That’s the best position to get stuck in and you did it to your own self. He isn’t jealous of you flirting you’re just looking for any sign as you have the entirety of this fake friendship.

This isn't a fake friendship. We are friends buy I like him. But I dint want to make a move because if he doesn't feelcthe same way it could ruin it

If you don’t wanna make a move then why even bother looking for signs of interest? Just to confirm whether you’re crazy or not? That still doesn’t solve anything and it’s not confirmative information since it’s not coming from him. You call this a friendship but this is not a normal dynamic for friends, but definitely situationship. If I were you I’d rather confess my feelings so you can have a conversation and decide what comes next.
