Well I'm sure. But men who are so closed off they can't accept nothing but booty calls. Or that people cheat so much these days.

You say men as if all men are like that, that's just plain misandry. Imagine if if a man were to say something like "why are all woman overly clingy sluts?" you see how talking like that about 50% of the worlds population is wrong? If you treat all men the same they will all treat you the same and thus not want you as a person and only your body because nobody wants to be treated like their all the same. leaving the only one who tolerate it the ones who only care for your body.
