Did Any of You Guys Enjoy Playing "Horsey" with Girls in the Past?

So, I’ve noticed something interesting and wanted to see what you all think. My younger sister has a friend who’s a bit younger than her, and he visits our place often. They always end up playing this "horsey ride" game, where he gets down on all fours and gives her a ride on his back. Sometimes, another friend joins in, and he ends up carrying both of them around! They even use a scarf as reins in his mouth to steer him.

I asked him if he enjoys it, and he said he does! I’m wondering, is this something other boys enjoy too, or is he just unique?

. So, when you were younger, did any of you guys play games like this with girls? Not trying to bug y’all or anything, Just curious if this is a common thing or if anyone has similar childhood experiences.
