Men doesn't even compliment each other because it's sound gay which I found it ridiculous. I told a colleague that he good on some colors and he was so damn happy and changed his whole clothes with colors I mentioned in fews day.

It's not like men seek validation from all women. Only those are close to him like his wife, mother which natural.

But some men have validation problems because of childhood trauma or so. Not only men by the way but some women too.

Be kind and generous, give some compliments. If you have something nice to say about someone then say it ! That can make anyone's day!

I think probably everyone wants some sort of validation at times. When it isn't so good is when it is at the expense of someone else. I've seen people whose entire relationships were based on validation. Over time it doesn't work.
