You have heard somewhere that boy's don't cry, it's partially true, they are often conditioned, by parents and/or society to repress such emotions since young age already, because it's supposed to make them look manly, to conform to the image of manhood.

Now, for a little experiment, put a kind (and brave) woman in a men's group, online, you'll see them going to talk to the kind woman. In private only. in order for them to vent their emotions they normally repress. But when they are between men, in public, strangely none of them is expressing any sadness anymore 🤣

Bottom-line, the men you have seen are mostly liars or impostors, but it's not their fault that much, there is a whole system leading them to become a walking fortress.

What you're really asking is why men and women are different. Women are more emotional than men, and when they see that manifest in their relationships they can't figure out why. The reality is, it's just nature. Women complain that men are not more like women, and men complain that women are not more like men. It has always been that way throughout human history.

There could be lots of reasons. Mostly it's because men are taught from a very young age that expressing feelings is a bad idea. We all have many personal experiences with people, women especially using our feelings against us.
