I have read a lot of studies and stuff that men are not getting enough positive reinforcement so how can I help guys? giving them hugs?

- Compliments! Tell him what you like about him, his strengths, when he does something nice for you. Guys don't hear it enough.

- Hugging and touching - being physically affectionate lets him know you care in a way words can't. Lean on his shoulder, hold his hand, quick kisses.

- Quality time - put away your phone when you're together and make him the focus. Do stuff he enjoys too, not just what you want.

- Acts of service - do little things to take care of him like bringing him a snack, warming up the car in winter before a trip.

- Gifts - it doesn't have to be expensive, but a little gift just because shows you were thinking of him.

- Listen when he talks about stuff that matters to him like sports, hobbies, work stuff. Guys need to feel heard too!

Making the effort to reassure him will definitely strengthen your relationship. He'll feel lucky to have a girl who makes him feel so good! Just keep communicating your appreciation - guys love that.
