What could be the reasons for a good looking guy to act desperate?

He can definitely get a lot of girls. He’s confident, tall, good looks, funny & easy to get along with.

However he tries so hard with me and whilst I feel we have a lot of differences & we have argued early on he’s still trying. I feel we don’t have all that much in common as I thought.

I really don’t get it, the only explanation could be that he’s desperate, but why 🤷🏽‍♀️

Girl, looks usually ain't everything when it comes to relationships ya know? Just cause a guy is handsome don't mean finding the right person is easy.

Some possible reasons a good-looking dude might act desperate even though he could get dates:

- He might have had his heart broken before so now feels extra vulnerable. Wants to lock someone down asap.

- All his previous relationships were mostly based on his looks, so he doesn't know how to connect with someone on a deeper level. Wants to prove he cares more.

- Under all the confidence, maybe he struggles with insecurity and putting someone on a pedestal makes him feel worthy of love.

- He really digs your vibe specifically and wants you to like him badly. Attraction ain't always logical!

I wouldn't assume desperation - it could just be he develops real feelings fast. As long as he respects your boundaries, give him a real chance sis! Don't judge a book by its cover. There may be more to him than meets the eye.
