There are some former fighters that went into acting though. They'll mop up the entire NFL, one at a time.
Who ever knows how to fight better is going to win. NFL players train to play football specifically in their position. While they may be physically fit, that's not fighting. Some actors learn martial arts to a relatively high level of competence. If they are trained in grappling (Wrestling/BJJ/Judo) and they have spared for years training an potentially competed in tournaments then they will win.
Some actors have 20-30 years of training in Judo/BJJ. Put that up against some 20 year old kid with a big mouth that runs fast... Not really a competition.
No, real life isn't Hollywood. NFL players are better trained and have more endurance and real life tactics to be used.
