Guy's Behavior

He told me he loved me while drunk and Im not sure how he really feels about me?

I have been hooking up with my manager for the past 5 months and we both agree that it would only be for sex since he told me that he wants to be single since he just got out of a 5 year relationship 9 months ago. He is really sweet and romantic whenever I over he has cooked for me, we cuddle, laugh a lot together, share with each other our traumas/secrests, gossip etc. This last time I went over after we had sex we started cuddling and making out and while he was making out with me he said "i love you" 3 times. After he said he would actually consider dating me if I ever quit the job because he would get fired by our higher ups knew him and I were dating while we both work at the same place. But then after he said he doesn't know if he could be in a relationship after being in one with his for so long so he basically said he was in between those 2 descisions. Does he actually have feelings for me or ever love me like he said?
