Guys, “Close friend connection notification from Facebook” but I don’t have a ‘close friends list’?

Has anyone ever received a notification from facebook that said “close friend connection comment on a post” but don’t have a close friends list? Does this mean I’m possibly on this guys “close friends” list? I’ve had two of these notifications & both times it was his profile that made a comment under someone else post. I’ve never interacted with this person on Facebook & likewise he hasn’t interacted with me. Few weeks ago were we “dating” but he ghosted me abruptly so I’m confused as to why he would put me as a “close friend” if that was the case. I only get Facebook emails every time he comments on something. Other than that I don’t get any other Facebook emails. Not even ones that would relate to me. I’ve had 5 email notifications that related to him in the past two weeks. Also his best friend requested to follow me on instagram two weeks ago. Once I accepted his friend unfollowed me two days later. I requested to follow his friend back but he wouldn’t accept. (by the way the guy I was dating doesn’t have an instagram page) Am I being stalked or overthinking?
