Top of the line is how they walk. A girls hip is in line with the outside of her shoulders so I think it is just easier for a girl to do something with her arms to clear her hips. Lots of variations on that theme and most of them are very cute.

Yeah, guys can laugh and have fun, but they tend to keep their composure. But it great when girls can act more animated and emotionally uninhibited. It's cute as hell.

Most girls aren't cute to me. Something that annoys me and is very off-putting is when girls try to act cute, I assume based on their perception of cute. There are certain girls that take photos with filters or with the camera at an angle pointing down towards their face making their forehead look bigger. These make me cringe the most.

I do find some things cute such as when a girl looks subtly confused without doing too much to show it (e. g. a slight frown or a straight face in context), and I find East Asian girls especially are cute when doing this (but not the stereotypically cute ones - I find them very NOT cute). Something about the lack of detail in their faces in contrast with their dark eyes and the slight frown that isn't even remotely intimidating is very cute, particularly when they're doing it unintentionally.

The picture you put in the question I suppose is meant to depict a girl that is unaware that she is acting in a cute way, and basically describes what I find cute, except for the fact that the behaviour of girls depicted in anime seems very fake to me and very intentional. If it wasn't done in such an exaggerated fashion and I was convinced she wasn't acting, I would find it cute (assuming I found the girl somewhat sexually attractive).

Uncute/off-putting things to me:

1. Putting hair behind ear on one side

2. Unnaturally colored makeup (blue, purple, green, red, or glittery eyeshadow for example)

3. Nature girls (flowers in hair; taking pictures in bright, flowing dresses in a field or orchard or whatever etc.)

This is my opinion. I have friends who like this stuff and I strongly disagree with them.
