Why did my ex view my tik tok story when we don’t follow each other and has a girlfriend?

My ex viewed my Tik Tok story. We haven’t spoken in 4 months since we broke up. We also do not follow each other on any social media since the break up. That means he had to search me up to view my story on Tik Tok. My profile has always been on public so that is nothing new. He has a girlfriend. Why would he be searching me up and viewing my stuff when he has a girlfriend?

Some people cannot get closure on a break up or have the need to still look up the persons that meant something at one time in their lives.

That is not unusual. It simply means that you left an impression on him when you were together and that he is perhaps not as happy with his new relationship as you may think.

It could also be a way for him to try to reconnect with you through social media.

I don't know in which terms you separated but my personal opinion is that he is attempting to communicate with you through this social media.
