Guy's Behavior

This creepy old guy at my work acts as if im his girlfriend how do I get him to back off without causing drama?

This guy at work is called Scott I've known him over a year and a half and I'm very friendly and kind to everyone at work. I work in a massive warehouse by the way that employs thousands so no connection is that strong at my work with colleagues as people constantly come and go.

Scott is on the same rota as me and we often get paired together for other jobs around work. I find Scott very rude, noisy, entitled, lazy and annoying but for the sake of it not being a long day I'm nice to him and talk to him as I would with anyone else. I come to work to work and go home.

I'm a very friendly, chatty person and I think he's very lonely as it just him and his mum but that's no one else fault but his own. He thinks me being nice to him means we have a special connection when I'm at work so I'm nice to everyone if I wasn't I'd get called into HR.

Scott will wait for me whenever I go and it's super creepy and annoying. I go toilet he stands outside waiting for me, I go to the office he stands outside and waits for me. He even waits by the canteen window to see me walk by so he can clock in at the same time as me and catch me there. He will even wait outside for me when I clock out and wait with me until my husband comes to pick me up.

Not many people like Scott at work and a lot of people have commented on his stalker like behaviour with me so I know it's not just in my head.

I try to be polite but he really over steps my boundaries. He wants to know everything I'm doing and be in my space 24/7. He even listens in and stands and waits in the middle of my conversations with others including when I'm on the phone to my husband.

I can't really report him as he's not really doing anything like sexual harassment and I don't want drama. I try to be a bitch but when he asks if I'm mad at him I feel bad and he has a temper too that I don't really want to experience first hand. I'm scared of telling him to back off.

He's 50 and I'm 26 and married to another man. He acts as if I'm his girlfriend or something. My best friend hates him and trys to protect me from him. He was stairing at me today and trying to find any excuse to talk to me. I asked what he was stairing at and he walked off not answering.

He finished work early today too and came to tell me and say bye which might not sound creepy to you lot but given the fact I was working with two others at the time and he completely ignored them was odd.

I don't need to know if he going home just go home. I said "okay bye" and carried on working. He called me rude. What more does he want. I find it rude he ignored everyone else but me to let me know he was leaving.

He acts as if I own him my time and im solely at work for him. He even apologised to me but he wasn't in yesterday at work. I really couldn't care I go work to work
