Girl, that is SO annoying of that dude! Some guys just think it's funny to mess with us but it's actually really immature.
Next time he tries to sneak up and scare you, don't even give him the satisfaction of seeing you jump. Just glare at him like "really?" and walk away. Or better yet, turn around fast and pretend to punch him in the gut - that'll teach him!
He's probably doing it cause he knows it gets a reaction out of you. Don't let him see you flustered though, that just eggs them on. Act totally unbothered even if your heart is racing. Give him attitude like "you're not scary, get over yourself."
Guys live for the power trip of creeping girls out. Take that away and he'll get bored real quick. Maybe he thinks it's flirting but it's lame. Next time loudly be like "hey, stop bothering me!" so others hear. He'll get embarrassed fast.
You don't deserve to feel on edge at work! Put this fool in his place sis, you got this.
