What is wrong with me if guys only talk to me because I look like their ex?

My God! This is like the freaking third time because I barely like to talk to men or go out.
They always end up looking like me or I look like them. My hair is blonde and I want to die my hair so bad but at the same time I don’t want to pleas them. I am done like I feel hurt. I’m not even I just start a friendly conversation and all of a sudden they start telling me about their ex and they show me a picture or they just literally tell me I look like their ex.

That’s weird and odd that they are saying that to you in the first place , even if you do look like their exes why would they want to be with a girl that looks like their ex in the first place? You have every right to feel the way that you do , but don’t change yourself to appease anyone , those guys’ you meet clearly do not know how to get a girls’ interests by bringing up their exes and comparing them to you in the first place , so look at it as a good thing , that you didn’t fall for those guys’ whatsoever. People that hold on to their exes and compare you to their exes are people to avoid at all costs , find yourself someone that is respectful. That likes you for you , not someone who holds on or compares you to an ex. Period.

Ask them to prove it let them show you a picture because

Many men don't have a game and they don't know what to say so they'll say something kind of weird and stupid like that just to start talking with you

So ask if you can see a picture let's improve it just to see who they are

I have seen a lot of girls that look like somebody I know are one of my ex's but I would never ever say that to them to start talking with them

Because if I was the girl and somebody said that to me I would say okay great thank you bye because I wouldn't want a guy trying to pick up on me pretending that I look like his ex so he could be back with his ex you know what I mean I would just say see you

It seems like your life revolves too much around men. If you want to dye your hair then dye it, why even incorporate what men will think into your decision making process? Same goes for them saying you look like their ex, why be hurt? You are blonde and average looking, meaning you probably look just like majority of white women to most guys even if you don’t, they’ll just categorize rather than differentiate because their ex was probably blonde, average sized and average looking. No need to be hurt.

It could be just a pick up line. The worst pick up line I’ve ever received was asking me if I liked my eggs fertilised. The best pick up line was from a friend, saying that it amazes him how such a pretty woman like me could still be single. I think both of them were a bit desperate, but the respectful approach is much better.

Well, we have our types. I don’t even think about girls that look like an ex of mine but most do look similar. One my exs pointed that out when she saw a pic of the girl was was dating at the time. She was just like. You have a type. Look at me and look at her. They don’t look super close alike, but same body for the most part, same hair. All their features are described the same. Only the fist girl has fairly big boobs and the one I was dating had pretty small boobs.
