So actually I have noticed this guy for quite a long time cause we have been having lessons for about six months. I always feels like that he is stealing glances at me and I’m pretty sure that is true. One time he looked at me so obviously like he stared into my soul. But like I have never had experience with anyone romantically so I have no clue what to do every time. I always act dumb and acted as if I haven’t seen him but I did. I really wanna know him but how could I approach him?

Maybe. You don't know he is looking at you. You say "pretty sure". He stared at you one time in six months that you know of.

That doesn't mean anything other than the overreaction of you saying he "stared into your soul". That is because that is what you want it to mean.

Doesn't mean he doesn't like you, but I am not going to say he does for sure. Six months is a long time for nothing really to happen other than him sit next to you.

I mean like he stares quite often and for a few times when I looked up he immediately looked away. There is actually a lot of times it happened but the fact that he did not approach me also made me wonder if I am delusional

I would not say delusional. I just think in six months time one of two things is happening. He does like you and is to shy to do a thing about it (which will never change most likely) or he doesn't like you and you are picking up on things that aren't really there.

You remind me of me when I was in high school. There was this guy who wouldn't stop staring at me during our sophomore year then we sat together but rarely really talk then the next year, during our senior year, he didn't really stop staring but he got a girlfriend. I had a crush on him

If he's been doing it consistently for six months, then yes, he probably likes you (or thinks you're hot - but at that age, those two are basically the same :) ).

Guys like that can often be shy and inexperienced. You can try just smiling at him, or saying 'Hi!' Hopefully his reaction will tell you something. :)
