let's say... we're at a bus stop for five to seven minutes, or waiting for an Uber at the same spot... or waiting in line, or for a meeting to start...

five to 10 minutes is a "lot of time" when waiting, and I will notice "everything around me" I just literally scan all around me just to pass that time... lol

nowadays though... people do play with their phones the whole time, so if he noticed you and NOT his phone... he's probably into you... lmfao

shoes being untied isn't a "small" thing. that's a hazard and it's a pretty strong social norm to make the person aware. not a "small thing".

I notice things out of the ordinary like shoes being untied. If I were checking you out then I would have to be checking out your feet (foot fetish) to notice that. If I am looking at your boobs or butt then I am not looking at your feet.
