I often flirt with this guy I met at work and I don’t know what should I do to make the situation move, any advice?

Last time i saw him we chatted and teased each other a lot, he often stands beside me and really near, even in large groups of people. Before going home he even hugged me really tight and way longer that a normal bye bye hug, and after this i greeted him and he hugged me again by the side, by putting his hand on my waist and resting his head on my shoulder, i feel like this is a clear sign of his interest but I don’t want to be delusional. We rarely chat with each other on messages so i’m not sure if i should reach out to him or how, i know that he is really shy, so i would like to move this forward but without scaring him off. Any advice?

I want to specify that i met him on a specific project which already ended, so it may be that we won’t even work together anymore nor with the same people, i was an extra in a team he was an extra too

Now, we all know what is understood with a "deeper relationship", right?

If you want to exchange body fluids with that guy, then you have to let him know. Flirting at your workplace is the worst thing possible because it comes with more problems that you can handle. It will cause jealousy, it will cause favoritism and it will cause misunderstanding with your coworkers. A really bad idea.

If you want to make this situation "move", then take the initiative and suggest fornication first because he will not make the first move.

@DryGermanGuy I abhor those pornographic terms used nowadays and I shall still use the ones that are more appropriate in cases where people exchange bodily fluids when not being married.

Fornication = consensual sexual intercourse between two persons NOT MARRIED TO EACH OTHER.

Copulation is a word for sex — a more scientific way of saying "sexual intercourse." You can use this word to describe the sexual practices of both humans and animals.

Both of those source are very real, 21st. Century dictionaries using very 21st. Century terms and describing much better what those pornographic acts that are performed actually are.
