Yeah, although it depends because the confident guy could turn into a shy guy real quick if he likes a girl.. But usually a confident guy will go right in for the kill and just try and get to know you to get your number or social media at least.. Whereas the shy guy will take his time to the point where you may or may not know he likes you.. But eventually he'll try to start conversation with you if he really likes you.
