Men advice please?

I hooked up with a guy 12 years ago he kept saying if you get pregnant ill kick her out meaning his girlfriend-I had boyfriend at the time as well. I messaged him a few weeks later for a repeat and he made excuse up so I never contacted him again but he was messaging me which I ignored, I took him off my friends list on Facebook. He got married to his girlfriend and even invited me to the wedding which I didn't go to for obvious reasons lol

Years pass and I set up a new Facebook within a week he's adding me to it, he's been messaging me to meet him for weeks and I did eventually... we had great sex and he asked me to stay over which I didn't because it was a fuckbuddy arrangement which he called me when he messaged me but he said things to his dog *do you like her will we keep her* and said *that's my side that's your side of the bed* and I was uncomfortable with that.. I went home but same thing happened again I message him he sends a reply then nothing after it but week later asks to meet me day after valentines day with I want you. I said I couldn't meet him I was busy with work and he replied OK so I sent him a message on Sunday asking how he was, he said he was ill and not talking to anyone anyway and not heard from him since but seen he was online. it's left me confused.

how do I politely refuse him if he contacts me again to hook up? is there a nice way to do it..
