There’s this guy I have been talking to for a few weeks now. He’s a good guy. He has a job. He has two older daughters. He coparents. He’s a gentleman but I noticed he still has his ways as a man. He dropped me off the other day and he didn’t cross boundaries but he did try little slick things on me. He commented on my body shape. He kept holding my hand (this was actually sweet). He even suggested that I lay on him while we conversed more. He played some bedroom songs with a mix of rap and sweet r&b and it just reminded me that no matter how nice a guy may be. They will always try you in that way and it wasn’t disrespectful. It’s just crazy to know that that’s their main goal while everything else seems to be sort of secondary. Things like actually getting to know you and liking you for you.

It’s very concerning when someone seems great but is also pushing sex too fast. Many times people pretend to be someone they’re not in order to get what they want. Whether that’s for sex or even other reaosns someone may
Want to take advantage of someone. Sometimes sex bombing is a red flag too.

If you’re concerned don’t ignore it and if you don’t feel comfortable getting into bed. Don’t…. People may ask “well finding someone who wants casual sex is easy”…..

Here is the issue. Some people need the next thing. They want the thrill and the chase. They want the challenge. Because they get casual sex so easily they become bored. So they start taking advantage of people who want a serious relationship.

Well a guy can be nice sweet and gentle yet still be assertive for intimacy. If he was those things without trying to have sex with you would question his sexuality or think there's something wrong with you.
