Does this mean he’s NOT into me?

I work with this single guy who’s 25. I’m 23 and just started this job. He’s been there a few years. He can be really nice but also has a tough exterior. He can also be sociable so I don’t want to jump to conclusions.
He’s really helpful to me but sometimes he can get in his work mode and not want to talk which is fine. I usually let him initiate. Once a week we work together at the same desk and today was one of those days. He started initiating a couple of convos with me. He calls me “dude” or “bro” which he does with a lot of girls there and other guys do the same thing to other girls at our workplace. He wanted to show me a pic of a guy he went to hs with on vacation somewhere dangerous then told me he was excited for a sports tournament to be starting tomorrow.
I’ve told him I’m not into sports but he’ll tell me about baseball and a coach and I think it’s kinda cute lol.
He’ll sweetly call me “ms -“ and then my last name.
We had lots of convos today about food and bbq and where he’s from.
Then today out of nowhere he started kind of ranting about hoe he’s sick of working hard at the job and the managers not letting him do stuff. He genuinely looked upset and was frustrated and was cursing and was like “I’m gonna do big things, they’re going to see.” And said he was tired of it but he’s learned a lot being here 3 years and he wasn’t going to contribute if he felt like something wasn’t worthy writing about.
It definitely caught me off guard how he felt so comfortable ranting about this to me but I offered advice to him and he smiled and thanked me. And before I left I was like “I hope everything works out for you and you feel better.” And he smiled again and thanked me. It was a nice moment.
Last week something happened to his car that I heard about and when I asked him he kind of made humor about the whole situation which I thought was odd. Today he sounded upset when he started ranting.
Does this mean he’s not into me? Or the opposite?
