I think I teased my guy friend too much? He kissed me and then asked me to forget about it?

Okay, so we both had the day off, and we decided to hang out, went and got ice cream, went back to his place, binge watched a show and downed a few drinks (roughly 5 each, well out of our system before the kiss)

His roommate came out, and this acquaintance that had been half ass pursuing him shows up to hang out with said roommate, so we all chill for a bit, then my friend and I walk out to grab something I left in his car.

We end up hanging out in the car for a good while, randomly chatting, and messing with each other's hair, and then we ended up hugging for a bit, he said that he liked the spot I was messing with behind his ear/neck area, so I did that more, a bit later, he says that I might want to stop, and when I ask why he doesn't respond, so I keep doing it to tease him, at which point he lightly grabs my neck, and brings my face up to his, and then proceeded either lean against my forehead or neck, this happens back and forth a few times before he actually tilts his head and kisses me, then he paused, apologized, and asked me to forget about it.
