A nice body and face first. The second thing we look for and is the reason we want to actually keep them is their personality. For me a woman that's physically attractive and is outgoing , joyous, caring and not uptight is whats gonna make many men including me want to keep them.

Personally I now look and know about her open mindedness and good personality. Looks are temporary and secondary, of course good looks is a plus but good personality/behavior can be permanent attraction in a lady and common things between me and her.

After looks I look at how nice she is. If she's a bit**y princess I'm gone. I grew up around snobs I hate rich people. Although finding a nice decent woman who isn't obsessed with money is extremely hard these days I still hold out hope. Where I love Johnson county KS middle class people are really rare. It's pretty much rich people. There's like 4 country clubs here. Most of the girls even the poor ones hang out where the rich guys party. So if you're not a rich guy here you're pretty much screwed. If she doesn't have a job or doesn't want to work I'm gone. Huge points for a college degree. Huge points for having a career like a teacher or nurse or soldier or therapist. Party girls never appeared to me much. No goals in life just to be drunk and high all the time.

Thats impossible for me to answer. Too many variables. Too many possible situations. Impossible to say one single thing about a woman that gets my attention.

Aside from being physically appealing? I LOVE a playful conversationalist and adventurous personality.  It is so so so rare to find a woman who actually knows how to have a conversation.
