Why a guy keeps adding and losing followers on ig?

So this guy (31) I don't follow him keeps changing his followers account from for example 755 to 759 and this changes like some days is 757, others 755 and others 759. He posts cringey stuff (ex obsessed) and it's bad with the ladies although he's attractive he can't have a proper conversation. Maybe this new followers are tinder adds or something and the girls get cringed at what he posts and unfollow him.
