Pantsed by my friend - how should I react?

Me and my friend are both in our early 20s and we've been doing parkrun in our town every Saturday morning for the last few months. We normally chat to some people every week at the end, but this last week we were talking with some guys who we knew from highschool. I was stood talking when my friend grabbed my shorts and pulled them down right in front of them.. They all saw my underwear and I was pretty embarrassed, my friend seemed to find it funny. Is this a normal thing for friends to do? how can I talk to her about it? also how do I feel less embarrassed about those guys seeing me in my knickers?

Thanks, that's how I tried to play it, although I did make a mad scramble to pull my shorts up and I'm sure my face was super red - I came back the week after and luckily didn't bump into them haha.

It's a little odd to be doing this at your age. That's more something I might expect to see young teenagers do. Just tell your friend that you didn't find her doing that funny like she did, and try to move on from it.

That's exactly what I thought! We used to do stuff like that when we were in school, but like you say, we were teenagers... I might have done that to her when we were like 16 (can't remember if i did tbh) but it was the first time I've been pantsed in about 5 years so I was more baffled than anything.

I did say to her afterwards that it wasn't cool and that I didn't appreciate her doing that - but she just sort of laughed and tbh I didn't felt very listened too. I ran with her last weekend and she didn't try to do it again which was good, but I feel a bit ignored that she didn't listen... I mean it wasn't the end of the world what happened, but it was a bit embarrassing/awkward having some guys see my panties - and if I was unlucky or if she'd grabbed more than my shorts then she might have taken my underwear down too which would have been completely mortifying!

How old is your friend? That sounds like something a 10 year old would do! I’d tell her that ridiculous and I’d observe her carefully going forward. Her judgement seems terrible!

She's my age, so 23.. I did tell her that I didn't appreciate it at all and we ran this weekend and it didn't happen again. She didn;t explicitly apologise but it seems she got the messge
