Can’t tell if he’s interested or just friendly?

One day he seemed very flirty w/me then next he’s just being a pal. We’re in the same theater organization (I’m new). Anyways, when we had to move stuff from the temp theater where we did our recent play, can’t tell if he was flirty or just helpful?

Anyways moving day, most of us used our cars to transport items from temp theater to our headquarters. The loading area was in tight space, he offered to drive my car by joking so if I trust him w/my car. He made jokes that he was stealing my car. It was raining & asked to borrow my car shades when he was guiding me out of the narrow space after we loaded things.

At headquarters, we needed to move my car closer to elevator area. He offered to take my car to drive it for me but accidentally went too close to the curb. I got upset with him but he apologized & took my hand to say how sorry he was & I think he kissed my hand. I wasn’t expecting that lol. After my car was unloaded, there was another parking in front & asked me if I wanted him to drive it there. Everyone was like bro it’s just right there I can think she can drive it there. Which I told them I can & I did. Then we started to have conversation on the way to headquarters.

He kept apologizing to me about my car & taking my hand again & saying promise me you’re not mad? I’m like no just don’t do it again.

Then he lost his phone then immediately said he must have left it in my car. We go down to get it & he searches my car but turns out it was in the other members car. We all went to dinner after that & I don't know I but then after it seemed like friends. But he always said hi happily whenever we saw each other. He left me some voice messages on instagram. He Hugged me once & really wanted to greet me bday when he saw I posted it on my story & esp since he just saw me earlier that day.

I saw him at another play. After it he said hi & was glad I was there but then I saw him leave with another girl but he kept looking over at me from where they were at.

Can’t tell if he’s interested or just friendly?
