The vibes are good! It's not by itself enough for anybody to say "oh, he likes you back for sure."

But these are good vibes, they are definitely compatible with the vibes of a guy who likes you back. Just not by themselves. But if you're... overall vibe is good (in previous conversations). Especially if it's a little flirty in person... then, this conversation's good vibes are A PIECE of evidence that he might be interested in you as well. But it needs more context. It does overall look promising though (if I'm trying to judge it by itself, devoid of context)

Alright, so if there are other little indicators you've noticed, and you do vibe in person... then I would take this conversation as one more indicator to add to the bunch. If you've noticed all of that, then together, this does indeed suggest that he likes you too. This is easy tough. Just flirt back, he notices that... and takes it as a sign that him flirting even more.. will be welcomed. He does that... you flirt back (back and forth, then eventually it becomes so goddamn obvious to both of you, that someone says something overt).

Just give him some of those little indicators for him to notice.
