Does it mean something to have sanpaku / sleepy / Billie Eilish type of eyes (not color)?

Mine seem to get more sleepy looking like Billie Eilish as time goes on. It used to be very pronounced under conditions like lack of sleep, but now it’s kinda my norm. I really have seen so much ugly shit over time and I think I’m just desensitized to it. It’s reality. No longer easily falling in love or falling for schemes of others or of my own desires.

To be clear even in younger pics i had sanpaku eyes. I’m saying it’s more pronounced to where people can comment on how I look sleepy or out of it … Billie Eilish has an extreme example of sanpaku. Michael Jackson’s has a more subdued version of it.

I didn’t even know what sanpaku eyes were. To be fair I don’t think about people’s eyes like this, it not something that crosses my mind at all, you are probably just nitpicking at your features not realizing they are unique to you and everyone’s facial features usually fit well together.
