I'm not the best looking guy, so any tips for improving my chances at first?

Who IS the best looking guy? Come on, dude... Get that comparative junk out of your head and OWN who you are. Authentic ownership (accountability, mindfulness, resilience, self-trust, self-love) builds the confidence that radiates from your core and makes you fucking irresistible to anyone you meet. It's not about your features, it's about your inner self shining through.

Don't believe me? Try this:

• Breathe. Make a list of things you LOVE LOVE LOVE about yourself, however small.
• Breathe. Make a list of things you've been complimented on. (Don't give me the Eeyore "oh no... no one ever says anything nice about me" crap. You popped out of your mama and were held by at least three people just like everybody else...) Even if it's just one hair on your head, remember you were made to be loved just like we all are. GOD loves you and doesn't make mistakes.
• Breathe. Look at the fucking list... Let the little warm glow form in your heart... and remember that feeling.
• Sit up straight -- do it...
• Let the little warm glow expand from the middle of your chest out till you feel it in the tips of your toes, your fingertips, the roots of your hair, as if you've swallowed a little ball of sunshine.
• Now smile and get out there.

Do this every day till it happens on its own.
