I’ve known I’m gay for years. Only a few carefully picked people outside of my family know. I’m tired of keeping secrets. I welcome any advice from fellow gay men or women.
Surprised your not, no one cared about someone being gay after 2010 and you would've been 13 so plenty of time to see that people in school didn't care anymore. Maybe you are in a bible belt of US I guess I don't know how it was there.
Anyway the best way to come out is not making a big deal out of it, performers and theatrics is what people don't like except the people who do that.
You are right in many ways. I live in Mississippi, so very religious. It’s my personal belief, supported by reliable sources, that being gay isn’t a sin, it’s acting on it that is. Well, you gotta tell everyone. No shame in hiding it, just be gay. Introduce your folks to your boyfriend or something, make a facebook post, you have plenty of options to tell others.
