Why most men who often post nice happy families with wife/girlfriend and kids doing shit behind it?

I had pretty much followers on social media.
When i post stories or pics there are some men who often replies them with a lot of compliments. I didn’t reply mostly, but sometimes i curious with their profile if they often replies my story and made me open their profile. I noticed it most of them are men who post happy families with their wife/girlfriend and the kids. Why some of men are being so ungrateful…?

Why they still need to peek at someone else’s dish when they already have nice foods on their plate.

A lot of that is performative. If you meet a guy whose personality seems to be complete obsession with his wife, it might be driven by the guilt of cheating.
