Why do some women spend their young years putting themselves in dangerous situation ships with men and then pretend it isn’t a big deal later on?

Additionally, then decide to say men are horrible but all they’ve done is put themselves in these situations WITH men they admit they knew were questionable, strange, or men they knew nothing about?

For example, a girl I was recently getting to know mentioned that there were a bunch of situations where she went to go hang out with guys knowing they would try to take advantage of them under the influence and one time getting so fucked up they woke up next to a dumpster. And I asked myself wtf? Why would you do this numerous times? I mean, thanks for telling me the kind of person you are, don’t want to get involved with that kind of piss poor decisions making.

I don't know that's the million dollar question... possibly loneliness or poor judgement radar. If they seem to know the dangers then the risk is the incentive. Might be a high they get and its what they know best and how it is fueling an adrenaline rush.

The same reason men do stupid things when they are young and usually for a hell of a lot longer. It is not a gender thing; for many people, downplaying the experience is a coping mechanism.

There is nowhere a woman can be that doesn’t carry the danger of men. Choosing to embrace it is a form of coping with the fact that every woman is hauntingly aware of how easy it would be for ANY man in their life to take advantage of them for his personal pleasure. Get over it. We already did.
