Why are attractive men still in average women's DM even though they know nothing about them but their face and body?

Sometimes, I add attractive guys, get attention from them, and then leave them on read. Instead of never talking to me again or waiting until I post again, some leave multiple messages and videos for me. I see them whenever I decide to open the app again. Sometimes, I won't respond back, or I give them a nonchalant reply, but on their side, they're still sending stuff, just talking to the void. I don't talk about personal stuff, so it's not my personality.
