I talked with this guy that I have been friends with for a while…one day he called me saying he had feelings for me, he was tipsy at the time but the next day after he was sober he confirmed what he said the night before. We talked pretty heavily for a week or two and then he mentioned he was moving faster than he is used to. He dialed back on the calls, text, Snapchat’s etc. However he calls me every night to fall asleep on the phone (FaceTime). I’m currently going through a separation (relationship has been over for a while) waiting on court documents to make everything officially over. Does he like me or still have feelings or is he playing games?

He is a friend that you know since a while and therefore, he knows exactly in what situation you are in. He is a male in his prime age and he is obviously seeing you as a prey for his own physical pleasure.

Don't think for a minute that he has sincere feelings. You know exactly what he want from you and you can rest assured that once he got what he wanted, you will simply join his list of body counts. Nothing more, nothing less.

He mentioned that he was moving fast because he was obviously worried that he may not catch you in time before someone else does. Remember that those men are ruled by their testosterone and that a quick kill is what they are all aiming at.

I’m used to guy’s just wanting one thing and will say and do anything to achieve that. I have trust issues.. with me and him talking a whole lot and then he pulling back it threw me for a loop.

He is probably interested but realizes you're going through a break up. Guys wanna play things safe also. Try to understand he's trying to let you know he is interested but also still realizes break ups don't always last! Sometimes the "new" guy (girl) gets left in the dust. Don't listen to these bitter women saying he's playing you. It sounds like he hasn't done anything inappropriate as of yet.
