There were guys other people thought were attractive that I thought were disgustingly ugly. Those guys later turned out to be serial killers. There were guys people thought were ugly that I thought were very good looking. These guys turned out to be some of the nicest people I had ever met.
I realized I might actually be judging their character likability, when I believe falsely, that I am judging their looks.
There used to be a stranger at the coffee shop that I thought was very good looking. One day I asked him what time it was, because I forgot my cell phone, and he ignored me because he does not have conversations with strangers. After that, I thought his face was hideous and ugly. I did not express any hostility to him but my brain was convinced he was ugly.

“Yes, 100%.
The more I fall for someone, the more their ‘outer form’ starts looking exactly like their soul. A crooked smile that was just okay suddenly becomes the sexiest thing ever because I know the mischief behind it. Average eyes turn into galaxies because I’ve seen the kindness (or the fire) in them.
We don’t fall for faces or bodies, baby… we fall for the personality, and then our brain photoshop’s the hell out of the outer appearance to match what we feel inside.
So yeah, when I say ‘you’re the hottest person alive’, I’m actually just saying ‘your personality fucked me up so bad that now even your left eyebrow looks delicious
It's possible sometimes, but the thing is... many people mistake good looks for a good personality, and then they get disappointed.
